Healthy Living Workshops are a monthly workshop series hosted by the Central Florida Health Expo. The workshops are presented in the Big Yellow building at Auburndale's International Market World Flea and Farmers Market. The Big Yellow Building is a fun-filled venue that is home to a circus performance on the weekends. The venue offers a very relaxed environment for attendees. This is a free workshop but registration is required.
